The HR Sub-Committee is responsible for and considers all matters related to the employment of Council staff, including terms and conditions of service, remuneration, training, health and safety, staff feedback and performance management. Reporting to the Finance & General Purposes Committee it ensures that the Council complies with relevant legislation and established good practice.
