Neil Proudfoot

Neil was until recently a state school teacher. He has lived in Westerham for the last six years after spending much of his life in larger towns and London. He is impressed by its community spirit and hopes through being a Town Councillor to make a contribution. He was co-opted onto the Council in October 2014 and then elected in May 2015. He currently serves on Allotments Playing Fields and Open Spaces and Highways and Lighting Committees.
Maintaining Westerham as a balanced, diverse and successful community is a key and difficult task given today’s pressures. Neil believes that the Town Council has an important role to play in achieving this.
